• One voucher to attend the course and/or symposium (online or onsite). Onsite participation does not include hotel or other lodging costs. The sponsors can give the voucher to anyone in their organization or to the employees of their partners/collaborators.
• On-demand access to recorded videos of the three-day program to the staff of your organization (accessible after the event; subject to agreement by speakers).

ONSITE SPONSORSHIP OFFER:

• Display publicity material (roll-up, flyers, brochures) of sponsors at both onsite venues.
  • If required, ePIXfab will make arrangements for printing and displaying the publicity material at the venue in China. Sponsors will provide electronic copies of the publicity material. 
• Show a 2-minute publicity video message after the keynote talks in the symposium to onsite and online participants. 
• Two vouchers to attend the course and/or symposium (online or onsite). Onsite participation does not include hotel or other lodging costs. The sponsors can give the voucher to anyone in their organization or to the employees of their partners/collaborators.
• Display one 1.8 x 0.5-meter booth table at the symposium venues. Limited spaces for table booths (maximum capacity = 10-15 @ NOEIC, 10-15 @ VTT); offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Publicity material in the symposium bag for onsite participants at both venues.
• Arrange 1-on-1 meetings with the participants (based on requests from participants).
• On-demand access to recorded videos of the three-day program to the staff of your organization (accessible after the event; subject to agreement by speakers).
• Sponsor logo on symposium bag (for gold sponsors; maximum two – first-come basis)
• Visibility via roll-up banners during coffee break (special opportunity with extra sponsorship price)

In case of transformation of the event to online-only due to force majeure: we will only offer digital-only sponsorship and reimburse the sponsorship paid for onsite sponsorship offer.
