In 2023, worldwide more than 70 MPW runs will be offered for silicon photonics. ePIXfab member organizations will offer more than 50 MPW runs for silicon photonics. These MPW runs will include the following material systems:

• Sub-micron SOI
• thick SOI
• LPCVD SiN
• PECVD SiN
• GeMPW 2023
