ePIXfab is an independent and open alliance of international organizations. Its 50+ members share the common vision to excel the state-of-the-art in the field of silicon photonics, lower the barrier of access to silicon photonics technologies and services, and deploy silicon photonics in products.

Why become an ePIXfab member?

ePIXfab is a member-based organisation, currently counting about 50 members. As an ePIXfab member you can:

  • Be part of our regular silicon photonics-centric networking events involving both industry and academia
  • Enjoy a significantly reduced participation fee in ePIXfab-organized events for all employees of your organisation
  • Stay up to date with integrated photonics related policies and funding opportunities
  • Voice your views and impact ePIXfab's silicon photonics advocacy activities
  • Access ePIXfab’s past training material (upon request)
  • Develop your workforce and discover talents through ePIXfab’s training events
  • Grow your business network and create visibility for your services/technologies on the ePIXfab website, promotional material, presentations, newsletter,  and social media

In return, ePIXfab members are charged a modest yearly fee, depending on the type and size of the organisation:

  • Universities: € 500/ year
  • Research and technologies institues: € 1000/year
  • Companies:
    • <10 employees: € 1000/year
    • 10-49 employees: € 1500/year
    • 50-249 employees: € 2000/year
    • >250 employees: € 3000/year
