The ePIXfab's Asia-Europe Silicon Photonics Course and Symposium will take place in Bengaluru, India, with online participation available for the first time.

Held just before the ICEE conference “Where Semiconductor Innovation Meets the World” (taking place in Bengaluru from 19 to 22 December 2026), the Asia-Europe Silicon Photonics Course and Symposium will run from 16 to 18 December 2026.

Organized in collaboration with Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), IISc, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), the event brings together industrial and academic technology leaders from across the globe, offering a full spectrum of perspectives on silicon photonics technology and its applications. 

• December 16-17 | Silicon Photonics Course
  The course will focus on a deeper understanding of the technological and device concepts and the scientific state of the art in the field of Silicon Photonics.
   
• December 18 | Free Symposium on "Expanding and Connecting Photonics Ecosystems in Asia and Europe"
  The symposium will focus on the potential of silicon photonics in various application domains.
